My artistic journey

Since moving to Donegal, I am focusing on creating miniature landscapes in gouache and thread. The small size allows me to to capture what I see, while I see it out in nature. I merely finish them in the studio.  

Fibres have accompanied me the longest as an artist. I learned much from my mother when I was a little girl and have build on this with further education and practice and find different ways to translate the Donegal experience also into this medium.
